Derek Mottershead

Chairman

Derek recently joined Warwick Audio after 14 years as Managing Director of Bang & Olufsen UK, Ireland and Benelux countries. His career spans a wide range of well-known branded companies where he held various roles including Marketing Director of Pretty Polly, Lee Cooper and Vanity Fair Corporation of America and Managing Director of Prontaprint plc.

Duncan Billson

Technical

Duncan is an innovative entrepreneur who has both technical expertise in the field of acoustics and experience in managing a hi-tech University spin-out company. He is an associate professor in the School of Engineering at the University of Warwick and is the co-inventor of the technology alongside Professor David Hutchins.

Ranjit Roy-Choudhuri

Finance

Ranjit is a very experienced commercial accountant who began his career in Coopers & Lybrand (UK and Hong Kong) and more recently has held roles such as Group Finance Director for Intellego Holdings plc. He also holds an MBA from Cranfield School of Management.

Andrew Samalionis

Sales

Boris has over 15 years' sales and marketing experience gained with companies such as Meridian Audio, Arcam and Kef. During those years he has built many successful relationships and business partnerships throughout Europe, Asia and the US. He is confident of creating global market expansion for the Warwick Audio technologies. He holds an honours degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Nottingham and Trent University.

David Hoare

Engineering

David brings over 30 years’ experience in electronics design and manufacture gained in a diverse range of companies in the defence, commercial and audio electronics sectors. He is an electronics graduate with an ideal mix of mechanical design and audio test and measurement experience. He has extensive management experience working with both blue chip and small to medium enterprises. David holds an honours degree in Electrical Engineering from Imperial College, London University.

The Technical Team

Warwick Audio is fortunate to have the support of an excellent team of Electronics, Mechanical and Production Engineers and Technicians. They are based at the Engineering Centre in Ebbw Vale, South Wales.
