Antony Frayling and Neil Jones

Antony Frayling is the latest staff member to join the expanding team at Warwick Audio Technologies.

Antony is a skilled electronics technician, with a strong track record in product engineering. He worked for the past 7 years for the electronics company Panasonic, at its Cardiff-based Television Design Centre, where he designed set-top box hardware and USB recording devices for digital televisions.

Working with the Warwick Audio Team at its engineering centre in South Wales, Antony will be responsible for manufacturing electronic and mechanical prototypes for inhouse developments and to meet the specific requirements of the company’s customers.

Also new to Warwick Audio is Neil Jones, who joined the team in September and is responsible for finding and liaising with suppliers to manufacture Warwick Audio’s speakers and electronic systems.

Neil is a highly experienced Production Engineer, who worked for Panasonic’s Television Design Centre for 17 years, most recently as a senior mechanical development engineer, overseeing projects in the Far East and Europe.

Particular areas of expertise include using CAD systems to critique initial component design, and overseeing development of tools from initial design stages through to mass production.

Prior to joining Panasonic, Neil worked for Pontypridd Precision Engineering as a toolmaker, manufacturing precision press tools for the automotive sector for Pontypridd Precision Engineering.

David Hoare, Head of Engineering for Warwick Audio, says: “We are very fortunate to be working with a team of extremely talented and dedicated engineers who have rapidly advanced Warwick Audio’s product development. We are very much looking forward to working with Antony and Neil to move Warwick Audio on to the next stage in its development.”

Warwick Audio is also looking to appoint new electronics and mechanical engineers over the next few months.
