Steve has over 32 years experience at senior levels within the electronics manufacturing and distribution, with various blue chip organisations. Steve joined Warwick Audio Technologies following the spin out of a startup at the University of Leeds.

Duncan Billson
Technical Director/ Chairman
Duncan is an innovative entrepreneur, who has both technical expertise in the field of acoustics and experience in managing a high-tech University spin-off companies. Duncan is an associate professor in the School of Engineering, University of Warwick, and is the co-inventor (alongside Professor Hutchins) of the loudspeaker technology.

Mark Thompson
Sales & Marketing Director
Mark has over 19 years experience in sales, marketing and research and product development in the telecom component industry. Joining JDS Uniphase in 1996, Mark worked with multiple major US and European blue-chip telecoms companies to develop product and achieve sales growth in key accounts. Since leaving the telecom industry, Mark has invested in various start-up companies. Investing in the company in 2007, Mark joined the board of Warwick Audio Technologies Ltd.

Tony Abramson
Finance Director
Tony Abramson is a qualified FCA with a strong and varied background in financial and general management. He has diverse experience in manufacturing and service sectors with international exposure. He has played an entrepreneurial role over the last twenty years founding, with others, a dozen companies mainly with a technological flavour. This included Applied Vision, Applied Microscopy, and, ongoing, Applied Thermal Control. He also currently has non-executive financial directorships with Applied Multilayers and DigePrint.

David Hoare
Engineering Manager
David joined the company in December 2008, bringing with him over 30 years experience in electronics design and manufacture for a diverse range of companies involved in the defence, commercial and audio electronic sectors. David is an electronics graduate with the ideal mix of mechanical design and audio test and measurement experience required for the role. David has extensive management experience working with both blue chip and small to medium enterprises.
